My salesperson Rick Jones was great. I have dealt with Rick other many years @ a different dealership. However Troy Honda experience was undesirable. A week and half I received a call to come in to resign my original agreed to plan which would have increased my payment plan. I found this simply unacceptable. I have leased over 12 Hondas and have never experienced such dealings. It was truly a negative experience and a mistake that was made by the financial group. Everything was worked out but but with a deal of unnecessary stress. Plus I have received more perks from my current dealership than what I've received from Troy, which is nothing. Larry Dickens More

When I call Troy Honda for service, I ask to speak with Rich Smiley. We experienced an un-expected issue with my son's car, and I was afraid it might be serious. This was my first time searching for a car since I was coming off of my first one that I had for almost 7 years (got on my 16th birthday). I didn't exactly know what I was getting into exactly, but there coming off of my first one that I had for almost 7 years (got on my 16th birthday). I didn't exactly know what I was getting into exactly, but there were no complications in the process at all. It was delightful to know how I could ask any sort of question I wanted and received an appropriate and honest answer. The used car that I had my eyes on was a great fit for my needs and a much needed upgrade to what I had. The service was great and the people helping were respectful and quick with the process. There isn't any criticism that I can give that is outside of the general criticism a dealership would receive. It was a good experience! More
