Joe found the exact car that I wanted to purchase and had it delivered faster than promised. I was very impressed with Joe's response time to my phone messages, too. When it was the day of pick-up, Joe had all of the paperwork ready and ACCURATE! Then he managed to set everything up on my new car in record time. I'm still getting used to the technology on a car that is 12 years newer than my previous vehicle, but I know I can contact Joe with any questions that arise.
