He was very patient and explained everything I did not understand. He pushed things going ahead step by step. He helped me to get my first new CRV in this country. It was my second time buying a new car this August. I still went to Troy Honda. The world is changing a lot because of the pandemic and some crazy things. However, John is still there. His professional manner and warm smile are still. I am willing to give him 4.99 stars. The 0.01 point is making him keep progressing, such as learning my language a little bit. That's it. More
