Took my 2016 f-150 for a problem with backup camera had to be replaced. Under warranty they took care of it completely. Cecil Mensch used car manager was right on no problem. I bought the truck (paid in full) on 10/25/2017 and STILL NO CLEAN TITLE AFTER 4 MONTHS on the used vehicle I purchased from Trotter Ford Pine Bluff. I bought the truck (paid in full) on 10/25/2017 and have still not received the title. I have spoke with Kendall Studdard (Title Clerk) at Trotter several times regarding this matter and have been given different reasons each time as to why I still do not have the title. After she did not return my latest call, I spoke with general manager, Jerry Moorehead who assured me he would get me an answer and call me back in 10 minutes.........That was over a week ago and I haven't heard anything from him or anyone else. More

Additionally they charged a diagnostic fee plus a shop fee for a vehichle with a bumper to bumper warranty. I had to pay it. When I asked what the shop fee I was told it was for rags and stuff. Do yourself a favor, if you need something worked on or want to buy a Ford. Go to Malvern or Little Rock. More

They can't even seem to order the right part for any job. There isn't even a place to sit in the service area and I've never been in there for less than 45 minutes even when I had an appointment and was just dropping off my vehicle. Great product but poor service. More

Got home and it still wasn’t fixed. Will never go back. More
