Overheat, poor detail to issues Took my car to get diagnosed for a misfire and an overheating problem. I got a call from Juan stating "my technician could not figure out what was wrong" I then asked him what do you mean, you guys are a Ford dealership and cannot figured it out ? Who can take it to then? He then recommended me to change my engine? Why because you couldn't figure it out I would need to change my engine. After I got my car back, my car had a flat tire. I asked then what happened they said it came like that. I asked did you write it down when you inspected? Did you call me to let me know if I would like to get it fix? No it's 19.99 if you want it Really poor service More
