Easily a 5 star review I came to Tropical Ford to get a 30,000 mile service done on my 2017 F150. Had previously been going to the dealership where the truck was purchased a I came to Tropical Ford to get a 30,000 mile service done on my 2017 F150. Had previously been going to the dealership where the truck was purchased and received sub par service so I decided to come to Tropical Ford and I am certainly glad that I did. Quick Lane and brake job Brought my Transit Connect in for an oil change. The Service staff checked brakes and found that rotors were warn and the brake pads were thin. So I Brought my Transit Connect in for an oil change. The Service staff checked brakes and found that rotors were warn and the brake pads were thin. So I authorized the brake work which they did in one hour while I waited. It was great not to have to go back for another appointment and to get the quick service. I'm very happy with the outcome. I also had a dealer service credit that I was able to apply to the charges! I felt Hector wanted me to be happy with the service levels. More

quick lane not happy with. Was not happy with the oil on the mates and on the door. I will not us quick lane every again. I called for service and they would not make me appt. I like the service dept they take better care of my car insides. They quoted 34.95 for oil change but charged me 40.00. Extra charges not happy with. More

Would not recommend Made a 9:45am appointment with Juan for a diagnostic test. Called at 2:45 pm. Car hadn't been seen nor did anyone felt the need to call me after 5 hou Made a 9:45am appointment with Juan for a diagnostic test. Called at 2:45 pm. Car hadn't been seen nor did anyone felt the need to call me after 5 hours. Juan stated to me that my car would not be looked at today. Why make an appointment that you can't honor. I drove over an hour to get there. Came in at 3 to pick up my car at the service booth. I stood there for a minute where no one even acknowledged. I said Hi to Dominic and he turned his head as if he didn't want to even speak to me. That was my first time ever being there what did I do to deserve that I'm just there to pick up my car that was never worked on. Dominick ignored me. So I said hi again I'm here to pick up my car. Then he blurted out, YOU CAN GET YOUR KEYS ONCE YOU PAY AT THE CASHIER. Why would I pay for something or service that have not been done. Long story short, Juan eventually brought my keys to me and I left. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with car service. Will never visit this location again. More
