Auto Butler Brought my F150 in for it's 6 month Auto Butler treatment. When they bring the truck out it looks showroom new inside and out.I waited for my truck and the job was done in the time estimated. I've been comiing to Tropical Ford for years for buying vehicles and for service and will continue to do so as long as you continue to operate as you do. The only downer was hearing that David, a service advisor that I dealt with for several years, is no longer with you. He did his job well. More

Window repair Bryan called to let us know the part was in so we wouldn't have to make a trip without it being there. Great customer service Took car in for oil change and they checked my car and found my rear brakes needed replacing. They were able to replace while I was there in a short Took car in for oil change and they checked my car and found my rear brakes needed replacing. They were able to replace while I was there in a short time. The only downside is the amount of time for a oil change in the Quick Lane. At previous dealerships Quick Lane was usually no more than 30-45 minutes. The oil change was 1 1/2 hours and additional 40 minutes for rear brakes. More

Flat tire Tire flat, pulled in garage, with trunk open it stormed and spare tire got a 1/2 inch of water blown in. sidewall breached, needs replacement. Ordered to be put on my GT chrome rim. I dried out trunk at home. Arranged to be picked up at 6 pm, tire to be remounted on car and spare put back in trunk. Arrive to pick up tire 5 min before 6. Counter person tells me there is no one to put on tire. Tell him to go check. Comes back and tells me they do not see the tire mounted on a my chrome wheel. He looks in computer. Another gentleman comes from the back. I asked him if he works in the tire department. He says no I explain my situation. I was a little agitated at this point. He goes to the back, comes back tells me he found the tire, and a technician is waiting in the bay and he told the counter person to drive the car into the bay. which he did. 15 min later I got my car. I was relieved, but not happy with the customer service. More

Excellent Service I went to Tropical Ford with a plethora of issues that needed to be addressed on my car. The majority of which were normal service but one of the big I went to Tropical Ford with a plethora of issues that needed to be addressed on my car. Hector took care of my issues and even tho there were a lot of items that needed to be addressed he was able to get me in and out quickly. He even went beyond by finding ways for me to save some money. Great job Hector and Tropical Ford. More
