The car was there for 8.5 hours, so lack of time was not a factor. Perhaps a car wash is never performed gratis on service calls, or perhaps not applicable to this caliber vehicle, I wonder. Great Customer Service I went in for my normal oil change and some minor break work. I asked a pricing question regarding a tech update for my truck and the answer I was rec I went in for my normal oil change and some minor break work. I asked a pricing question regarding a tech update for my truck and the answer I was received went above and beyond. They could have simply given me a price however Brian, the service director took the time to research the information in detail, take me to a vehicle so I could see the update in action and then did more research while I waited for my oil change and break job. When Brian returned with the funds if his research he was able to give me step by step instructions on how I could to the tech update myself guving me the option to avoid the fee charged by the dealer. I would rather do business with people I trust, Brian earned my trust and respect in how he dealt with me and how I observed he worked with his staff. Time Well Spent! More

Never quick I've been taking my car here for sometime, and while I've come to expect the visits to take more than 3 hours (even for an oil change), this one was I've been taking my car here for sometime, and while I've come to expect the visits to take more than 3 hours (even for an oil change), this one was ridiculous. They lost the paperwork for a diagnostic service that had happened a week previously, so it took even longer for the service needed to be finished. Only decent thing about this place is the cast member discount. More

LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE I took my car for a couple of problems: rear view camera wasn’t working properly, air filter needed to be changed and pulsaiting breaking. Dominic was I took my car for a couple of problems: rear view camera wasn’t working properly, air filter needed to be changed and pulsaiting breaking. Dominic was the person who opened the ticket service for my car. That was a Thursday. On Friday I didn’t know about the status of my car. I called and was transferred to Dominic who for some reason unknown to me did not pick up the call. I left a message requesting a call back with some info. about the status of my car. It did not happen. Saturday morning, I called back and the lady who answered the called put me on hold after I explained to her the situation. After waiting, she came back on the phone to let me know she didn’t have information on my car’s status and that the advisor was off. I told her I would go there to personally request information on my car. I had the pleasure to meet the service manager who was very professional, knowledgeable of the situation and reassuring. He informed me he was aware that I have made that call and the fact that Dominic did not return my call. While in the “back” where they were working on my car, he made another phone call to Dominic while I was talking to the technician who was now working on my car. I had to wait until next Tuesday to get my car since the technician who worked the camera problems was only available Tuesday and Thursday. More
