Went yesterday on 6/20/24 for an oil change. I have been a customer here since 2005. The customer service is non existent with the service advisors. The one who assisted me and I use the word “assisted” very loosely because I seemed to have been a bother. No customers were in the waiting area so it didn’t appear he was very busy. Although my oil change was very quick, I shouldn’t have to ask how my car is doing. The service advisor didn’t tell me anything and I had to ask the cashier who had to ask the service advisor about my car. The service advisor stated “I think you need rear brakes done next time”. It would have been nice if I was told that and I didn’t have to ask. Also, why do you keep the inspection/vehicle reports? You used to give them to the customers. I want to know what’s going on with my car. That’s the service advisors job to tell the customer. Do better! I’m not happy the customer service is going downhill… More
11-18 I made appointment for Airbag recall. I was given a 11-28 8:30 appointment and told it would take 1-2 hours to complete. I arrived at the sevice counter @ 8:05, 11-28. The tech told me it would be 5-6 hours before work would be done. I don't know how important your time is, but I know I am Not going to sit around for 5-6 hours when I was told it would take 1-2 hours. Needless to say, I will not be visiting Tropical Ford in the near future More

I paid for the WORKS on my 2017 Ford Fusion waited 1 hour and 48 minutes before the vehicle was taken in to the shop. 20 minutes later the vehicle was finished and I asked the man at the desk if the oil chan and 48 minutes before the vehicle was taken in to the shop. 20 minutes later the vehicle was finished and I asked the man at the desk if the oil change and tire rotation was done and he advised me it was. I returned to my hotel room (20) miles away and noticed the brake dust on my front wheels STILL. I called the Quick Lane person I dealt with (Kat) and advised her what happened and had to drive another 20 miles back to the dealership to take care of what should have been done when I was there the first time. When I arrived Kat drove the vehicle to the back and handled my problem. More
Along with my recent review of when my truck was in the shop, a five-star service goes out to my customer service agent Lara. She was very extremely professional and very nice. Thank you for your help. We were at Disney and we were having problems with our car. We called JJ and he told us to bring the car in. The service department checked the car for us and assured us we would be OK to drive back to Michigan. JJ even set us up with a loaner while we were there. JJ (John Hunt) really saved me and helped me out. I was in Florida visiting and my Ford Transit's engine had stalled. I had called 4 other dealerships in the area to bring my van in to get looked a I was in Florida visiting and my Ford Transit's engine had stalled. I had called 4 other dealerships in the area to bring my van in to get looked at and they all told me not for another week or 2.
