My purchase experience of my new-to-me 2016 F-150 was second to none. Vitale, my sales guy, was genuinely friendly and enthusiastic without being overbearing in the least. I had come to look at a specific truck and he didn't waste my time with anything else. He did a thourough job of describing and demonstrating the features of the truck without coming across as a know-it-all. Jonathan in F&I was also very cordial, didn't pressure me about the extras I didn't want in the contract and the finance paperwork process which can be the most unpleasant part of buying a vehicle, was completed lickity-split without a hitch.
