Elsie is always helpful. A pleasure to do business with. She was out when I got there but had another service advisor help me. He installed the part within a couple of minutes. He was very nice. Elsie called me later to make sure everything went smoothly. The price of the small plastic latch for my cargo net was outrageous but that is the fault of Ford. It’s made so cheaply it should be under warranty when you have bumper to bumper warranty. Thank Goodness I had a birthday coupon to help with the expense. More
