I brought my car for oil change, I was second in line , my car went in for oil change at 7:15am, did not finish with it till 8:40am, all cars that came after me were done and gone, I complained to the fron my car went in for oil change at 7:15am, did not finish with it till 8:40am, all cars that came after me were done and gone, I complained to the front office and asked them to bring my car down as I want to leave, unfortunately my oil was drained and there is nothing they can do about it. Very poor service, I bring my car to your dealership because I have free oil change for life of the car, my other vehicles that I used to bring for oil change are now taken somewhere else. I bought 2 cars from your dealership and next month I am planning to buy a new car for me, unfortunately it will be with another dealership. More
Thank you for your help. We were at Disney and we were having problems with our car. We called JJ and he told us to bring the car in. The service department checked the car for us and assured us we would be OK to drive back to Michigan. JJ even set us up with a loaner while we were there. Happy to let you know we made it back to Michigan with no problems. The car is scheduled for service in early June. Thanks again to JJ and Tropical Ford service department. JJ (John Hunt) really saved me and helped me out. I was in Florida visiting and my Ford Transit's engine had stalled. I had called 4 other dealerships in the area to bring my van in to get looked a I was in Florida visiting and my Ford Transit's engine had stalled. Never again, I took my car there on Saturday, usually for oil change it’s 1 hour, well my husband and I are in the market of possibly buying a NEW Ford Explorer, we haven’t looked or drove one, so anyway the oil change it’s 1 hour, well my husband and I are in the market of possibly buying a NEW Ford Explorer, we haven’t looked or drove one, so anyway the guy said it would be 2 hours for oil change, and since we was gonna look at the Explorer we said ok. So we proceed to dealership talking to salesman, he opens it up for us to look at it, we like it, would like to have a cpl more options on it, but asked him for us to test drive it, he was like we can’t test drive without having a deal wrote up, I’m like why am I gonna make a deal on a vehicle if I don’t know if I like it for sure, so I told husband definitely WONT buy from them, so since car was gonna be 2 hours we went for a walk, we was gone maybe an hour, so we went back to dealership and was sitting in lobby and waiting, over 2 hours goes by, finally I went and talked to a service advisor, she’s like let me check, so she went out came back in and did not say a word to us, they had moved my car, anyway when she went out they finally went and got my car, I told my husband they are just now pulling it into the bay, and mind you that was already after the 2 hours as told, finally after 3 hours the car is ready, so the original service advisor did my paperwork, said ok we can go to Cashier, he did not APOLOGIZE for it taking longer or could of discounted it, but nothing, so I would not recommend this dealership for service or to make a new car purchase…. More
