Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. Our test drive policy is in place on certain vehicles to ensure those vehicles do not incur any unnecessary miles. We don’t expect customers to purchase the vehicle before a test drive, but we do require some paperwork to be able to move forward in the process. In terms of the long wait time in the service department, we are looking into your specific experience. Our goal is always to provide service as quickly as is possible. However, we are dealing with staffing issues, which have caused an increase in wait times for oil changes. We have spoken to the service advisor in question about this matter, as we always want our customers to know that their concerns are being heard and they are being treated with the utmost amount of courtesy and respect.
