As a woman purchasing a car alone, being treated with respect was the reason I came back to work with Mr. Fall. I had another deal that would have saved me $2000 at another dealership. That salesman was insensitive and disrespectful. I chose to buy my Ford Edge from Kader Fall and Tropical Ford simply because of the respect I was shown. I also would like to mention that Mr. Jose Guiterrez from the finance department was a pleasure to work with. He was able to shop my rate and improve my deal. Again, I wasn't pressured into anything and was able to make the deal that I was happy with. Lastly, none of this would have happened if it weren't for Carlos Sheppard in the service department. Carlos has won my business by being consistently professional and by always making my service visits a pleasant experience. I have been working with Carlos for a couple of years now and I have complete confidence in him and the service department. In closing I want to say that I purchased my car from Tropical Ford because of the three men listed above and the respect each one of them showed me.
