When he showed me the car he walked right over to my favorite color and I didn't want to see anymore because I knew this was it! Elias was very patient he didn't rush through the sale and helped me to understand some of the features in the car that I wasn't familiar with. Thanks to Elias I now own a brand new Ruby Red Ford Focus and I'm loving it. Tropical Ford in Orlando, wasted our time and money. We placed an order for a new Ford Edge Limited with Eco-Boost and were told at that time that it would take only 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, we gave them placed an order for a new Ford Edge Limited with Eco-Boost and were told at that time that it would take only 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, we gave them a check for $5,000.00 for which they cashed on the 30th of January 2014 and (PUSHED THE BUTTON) for the order. After our order was skipped over and Tropical Ford blowing smoke up our rear ends, the Ford REP for the Orlando and surrounding area's told Tropical Ford to issue our money back. BUT DID THEY NO. They just continued blowing smoke, and making excuses here it was March 12th and they decided to tell us that our Edge would not be here until MAY 9th... (6 to 8 weeks yeah right) So my partner and I decided to have them cancel the order and issue our $5,000.00 back we took our business to SUN STATE FORD where we were treated with WAY better customer service. Let me also say that we were in a rental for this whole time paying for it out of our own pocket.... YIKES! Did they offer to compensate us because of this headache NOPE!! nor did they pay us back interest on that money they decided to hold on to.... Heck NO BAD BUISNESS is there practice, and not to mention they told us that they were not FORD that they just sell there cars.... UMMMMmmmm More
