Worst buying experience ever! Saw a new 2016 Explorer on the Internet which listed numerous discounts. Called to confirm SUV was still available and that discounts were valid. My daughter was told by Tropical Ford rep that SUV was still there and that she was qualified for all the discounts. Drove 3hrs from WPB to be told that was not valid and the Internet was wrong! The Manager on duty would not honer their published price. Vitali was very cordial and helpful but was not authorized to provide published price. We were a victim of false advertising! I would stay away from this dealer! More

Not so Great Experience I've been a customer of theirs for a number of years now. Bought my new 2010 Fusion from them. Before then I had my Taurus serviced there. In August I I've been a customer of theirs for a number of years now. Bought my new 2010 Fusion from them. Before then I had my Taurus serviced there. In August I brought my car in to repair the A/C. They had to replace the Evaporator Temperature Sensor which involved taking out the dash. I checked online and I also asked to have the car detailed while it was there. I dropped the car off on a Saturday and was told they would work on it starting Monday. I called Monday and was told they were still working on it and would be ready Tuesday. On Tuesday I called and was told they were still working on it and it would be ready Wednesday. I went to the dealership on Wednesday and waited for the car. Shortly after noon my car was finished and I drove it home sans the detailing. A/C was and is still working fine. However, there were black scuff marks on the trim at the door sills, black hand prints on the dash and today the plastic trim that goes over the gauges fell off, no screws were holding it in. I've since found screws laying around on the floor and a chipped piece of plastic missing from my gear shifter. So it took 2 and a half days ( I'm not counting Saturday) to complete a 3 hour job and I got a car back that wasn't finished or cleaned. This is not the quality workmanship I expected and am used to so I will probably give them another chance BUT when it comes to buying my next vehicle I'll be sure to look around. I checked that I would recommend this service center do to past experience but I would certainly tell them about my most recent experience. More

Easiest car purchase of my life I went to tropical Ford two days ago, almost at the closing of business hours, looking for a second car. I was promptly greeted by Tony, who dedicated all of his time to me, answer questions and walked all over the parking lot looking for a fit to my request. He didn't give me a sales speech, he went straight to the point of understanding what I was looking for and found an exact match to what I wanted. For that I'm grateful. Once thing I loved from this experience is that nobody pushed me to buy anything, and that may be very comfortable. They told me once they get approval they would call me to see if I wanted to proceed. And it did work out. From Tony, to His manager Jack, and the finance with Jonathan, I had a great experience and look forward to do future business with them. More
