Superb Truck buying experience--Vitali is phenomenal Hello, My brother went in to just "look" and walked out with the truck he's been wanting for years. From the moment Vitalie introduced himself until the sale was finalized, he was attentive and beyond helpful. My family did not feel the pressure to make a purchase today which was a plus. The last thing any consumer wants is to feel uncomfortable especially when making an investment on a big ticket item such as a car or truck. Vitalie's willingness to help my brother walk out of the dealer with the "truck" he's been wanting for the longest meant the world to us. I said I was going to give him a 5 star rating but I'd say he deserves a 10 just for making my brother smile like he was a kid in a candy store. If you're looking into making a new or used car or truck purchase definitely go to Troical Ford and ask for Vitalie. Thank you for your superb service and attention to my family today. Keep it up! Excellent Jonathan, Vitali, jay and Darrell were absolutley fantastic today. I had borrow my boyfriend's Ford-F150 and got a flat tire. He was out on vacation s Jonathan, Vitali, jay and Darrell were absolutley fantastic today. I had borrow my boyfriend's Ford-F150 and got a flat tire. He was out on vacation so i needed help to put the spare tire back on the truck. These guys didnt mind getting dirty to help me. (I came to the dealer even 5 minutes before opening) and they greeted me and helped me right away. The service was so outstanding that I am considering buying a Ford Escape for myself today!! Please recognize these employees for going above and beyond. More

Best Salesman I've Ever Had I'm usually a bit skeptical about "car salesmen", but Darrell made me feel right at home! He was genuine, funny and he's a Gator so it's a win!
