It's a great place to go. Most people are very friendly and helpful. Some reason I get the one person that makes it seem like I'm bothering them. I don't understand why you just can't book the appointment and helpful. Some reason I get the one person that makes it seem like I'm bothering them. I don't understand why you just can't book the appointment on line so they know what to do when I get there. That and they call It quick lane when you are told an hour and a half for just an oil change. I do however recommend this place and will be going back. More

Donny was very helpful and informative with the process in the beginning and moving forward. He reminded me that I had an extended warranty which saved me over $2k on this repair. Once again Bryan Langenderfer and the service department at Tropical Ford went above and beyond for my daughter Shayna again we she experienced a problem with her brakes on my car that she`s driving in Orla at Tropical Ford went above and beyond for my daughter Shayna again we she experienced a problem with her brakes on my car that she`s driving in Orlando. Not only did they find the problem very fast, but before they did any work on the car, Bryan realized that the brake pads on my car were ford parts, called me and told me they could be replaced at no charge to me other than the labor if I still had my receipt when I had the brakes put on in Pa. before my daughter left for Florida. I was able to provide the paperwork, and they did replace the pads for free. That just goes to show how honest they are, and how they lookout for their customers.
