Forgotten and ignored The work done was done well. However, we left our car and keys with an employee outside who said “just go in there”. So we went in to the waiting ro The work done was done well. So we went in to the waiting room...and waited...and an hour later went to the same guy asking if they knew how much longer it would take. His answer at that point was, “You need to check in...”!!! We thought we had checked in with him an hour ago. They had our records from a previous visit. Our car hadn’t moved and no one questioned that nor the couple who had been sitting for an hour in their waiting room!!! More

Vehicle Purchase I purchased a 2018 Ford Raptor from Tropical Ford. I had previously made them aware that I would be there on Saturday. They called me that morning a I purchased a 2018 Ford Raptor from Tropical Ford. I had previously made them aware that I would be there on Saturday. They called me that morning and inquired as to what time I would arrive so that they can have the vehicle ready. Jason was our sales rep and he was very attentive and made our family feel at ease. He met us immediately and took us to see the truck which had already been prepped prior to our arrival. Afterwards were offered bottled water and the kids were invited to watch a movie in the waiting area. Jason sat with my wife and I and gave us an overview of the purchase process and oriented us to the vehicle. Jonathan the finance manager was also very helpful and discussed several financing options with us. Total time from the moment we set foot in the dealership and were driving out with the vehicle was approximately 1.5 hours. We are very happy with the professionalism and personalized service that we received from the folks at Tropical Ford!! More

touch screen malfunctions overall expierence was good.employees were polite and the mechanics explained the possible solution to my problem.However.the touch screen behaved be overall expierence was good.employees were polite and the mechanics explained the possible solution to my problem.However.the touch screen behaved better for a few days,but started acting up again.it acts up sometimes by not recognizing voice commands and a couple of other items which it didn't perform before.I will have to bring my new 2017 ford focus in again to correct this problem.only 1000 miles More
