Overpromised Underdelivered - And Maybe Worse The "maybe worse" in the title of my review is because I believe that the dealership rep may have intentionally misled me in order for them to win the The "maybe worse" in the title of my review is because I believe that the dealership rep may have intentionally misled me in order for them to win the business. I've discussed this at length with management and remain concerned/convinced that was done. I cannot know if the incompetence was intentional and should not judge for that. I would though strongly recommend caution if taking your vehicle to this dealership for extensive repair, especially for repairs require coordination with your insurance company. It may be that my experience was just that outlier. Many positive reviews led me to choose this dealership for the repair of my vehicle after a significant accident. My experience was very bad and I cannot recommend this dealership. The manager, and then his manager, stepped in at the end and attempted to improve a bad situation but it was not effective. Bob and Brian seemed like sincere guys and I even like them personally. It just doesn't make up for all of the bad. 1) Seriously underquoted the work - required seven amendments from insurance company 2) Mis-quoted the time for completion by three weeks 3) Delayed pick-up of the vehicle FOUR times on the day it was to be ready 4) It wasn't ready when I finally went to get it - there was still glass falling out of the tailgate 5) Communication was very poor during the process until management got involved In the end, my vehicle seems repaired satisfactorily. It would've been totaled by the insurance company if they had quoted it right in the beginning. I expressed that clearly to them upfront. I suspect they underquoted it to get the job and then added the rest of the costs as they went along. Bad experience for sure, and I'm left with a one-year old vehicle that required +$30k in repairs. The managers did their best at the end and I do appreciate that. It's worth noting that they tried to step in and do what they could once they realized the issues that had occurred. I do respect that enough to add a second star to what definitely was a one-star poor experience. More
