Overcharged and unhappy with the repairs No courtesy vehicle to downtown Orlando or at least what is my tech said. I was overcharged by the Hertz rental car on location. I rented the car for No courtesy vehicle to downtown Orlando or at least what is my tech said. I was overcharged by the Hertz rental car on location. I rented the car for 24 hours, returned it nine hours later, but I was charged for two days because they didn't logged in the car as returned until the next day. I understand not covering a car rental is a customer is just having an oil change, but if you are paying for a mayor repair and they do not have a courtesy shuttle, they should foot the bill for the car rental. I will be looking at an alternative Ford dealership to get my car repair from now on, especially when I can still smell the exhaust that they purportedly repaired at the tune of $500 every time I turn on my car. More
