Not Organized It took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday morning. Five people were there before us and people that came after us were done be It took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday morning. Five people were there before us and people that came after us were done before the people waiting ahead of us. Checkout was awful the girl charged our card it went thru then she said they didn't take our card and had to refund our card. They took this type of card every other time. She would not take another card over the phone. Finally, went to a supervisor who vouched for us that we come every 6 months. Took 20 minutes to checkout. More

Not very organized. I showed up without an appointment for an oil change, tire balance, rotation and something that had to be done by hooking up the Ford Scan Tool. The service writer took me to the Quick Lube Lane desk after I explained what I wanted to have done. There I explained to them the same thing. They got my oil change and tire balance and rotation done and told me the vehicle was ready. I asked about the Scan Tool part and was told I had to make an appointment. See the cashier for keys and bill. What! Why not let the other department know what I needed to still have done? Why not at least walk me over to the other department and tell them to help me. I did get taken care of because of help from someone I knew in another department that came out to help me. It all worked out but the departments need to work together and talk to each other to assist customers. To us they are all the same company. We look at the service department as one big department. We should be treated the same or at least helped out by other department. More

I got a call from Juan stating "my technician could not figure out what was wrong" I then asked him what do you mean, you guys are a Ford dealership and cannot figured it out ? Who can take it to then? He then recommended me to change my engine? Why because you couldn't figure it out I would need to change my engine. After I got my car back, my car had a flat tire. I asked then what happened they said it came like that. I asked did you write it down when you inspected? Did you call me to let me know if I would like to get it fix? No it's 19.99 if you want it Really poor service More
