Great, Fasy and Easy Service Michael was fantastic! The process was so easy. I walked in, told him what I needed, he pulled up 2 cars and I chose one. Not rocket science. DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH I purchased a used Mercedes on the 4th of July after waiting over an hour for them to process the paper work my salesman came over to me with the serv I purchased a used Mercedes on the 4th of July after waiting over an hour for them to process the paper work my salesman came over to me with the service manager and told me when he tried starting the car it did not turn over the first time but started on the second try then the check engine light came on. The service manager explained that the cars sometimes sit long periods and the charging system suffers, and the check engine light is most likely a low voltage start light but they had no one duty to check it on the 4th. Vitalie as if I wanted to continue with the deal. I told them yes if I could bring it back on the 5th and have them tell me what the check engine light was for,the service manager said sure. I knew I was buying a used car with no warranty and I was taking a chance on the check engine light all I as was asking them was to put the reader on it and ell me the readings The next day I returned and was told they could not have the reader for an Mercedes and that they could not check on the light. They offered to check the battery and said it was fine and that's all they could do. While I was standing there in there garage with the hood open another employee walked by and said Wrong Dealership,and continued to walk. I left went accross the street to a Auto Zone and the kid inside was able to read the codes and let let me know the issues had nothing to do with low voltage starting but everyhing to do with computor malfuctions. Replacing A/C blower. Had to bring in my Edge for the A/C blower to be replaced, no A/C at all. Didn't realize it was the day before the 4th of July, and the Service Cente Had to bring in my Edge for the A/C blower to be replaced, no A/C at all. Didn't realize it was the day before the 4th of July, and the Service Center was slammed. Juan got my SUV done by 4:00, he did a great job getting it through Service. I have been working with Elsie for about 4 years, and she has always been there, making sure everything got done. I never had to worry if she was around. Very good customer service. Just one concern in that I had brought my vehicle in twice before July 3rd (for other service) and told the Service Center that my A/C blower was loud and getting louder. Both times, they said it was fine. Thinking if they would have listened to the noise of the blower, they would have replaced it sooner, I would not have had to been without A/C for 2 days. More
