A waste of time, gas and tolls. Scheduled an appointment. Dropped off the car the night before. Called around 11:00 am to find out what was the issue with the car. Spoke with Juan. He said the tech had not looked at it yet and would not be able to get to it for a few days. Asked about a loaner which is covered under my plan. He could not give me a loaner until the diagnostic was completed which again was not going to be completed for a few days. This should have been explained when I scheduled the appointment. I came back and picked up my car without it every being looked at. Total waste of time, gas and toll money. Had to get a ride home and ride back there to pick up the car. I can't waste other people's time too. Not a good impression for my first visit. I had looked at purchasing a newer model, but won't purchase where the service department is unreliable. Looking at going to the next closest Ford dealership to get the car serviced Jarrett-Gordon Ford Davenport or Mullinax Ford Of Kissimmee. Sorry but sometimes you only get one chance to make a good impression. More

I ordered a bed liner so I picked it up the next day. The truck was ready when promised. What a great experience! More

unnecessary repairs After doing the Diagnostics on my car they told me it will be close to $3,000 to fix my car I spoke to the mechanic directly and ask him to do only th After doing the Diagnostics on my car they told me it will be close to $3,000 to fix my car I spoke to the mechanic directly and ask him to do only the necessary repairs which brought down the estimate to $1,500 but then the guy at the service said they will not minus the diagnostic fee from the 1500 while he had told me that it will be taken out if I got the repairs done over there. I have been to this dealership before and they always try to suck as much money out of you as possible especially if you do not know about car repairs More
