Horrible customer experience The service staff is very not helpful. I have my car there for 2 months and they cannot and will not provide the part number that I need. They refuse to transfer me to someone that can help. They cannot fix my car and refuse to give me a loaner car when i am still paying for my car and insurance. They have profiled me since day 1 and they still do not plan on fixing the issue or give me a reasonable ETA. More

Dont order parts from here! Parts not easy to deal with. Wanted to use a $50 GM rewards certificate. They did not know how to process. Santana in Parts said I have to goto service to get the R.O. I did. Then I walked across the dealership back to parts. Then he told me I have to go back to service to have someone from over there come back with me to hand me the parts from there. Forget this place..horrible for Customer Service... Booo!!! Just left without any parts. More
