Horible service Do not go to this place.To make story short its the worst dealership around miami.I have own many different kind of vehicles,so i've dealt with differ Do not go to this place.To make story short its the worst dealership around miami.I have own many different kind of vehicles,so i've dealt with different dealers throughout the years.Bough my van here,check engine comes on,no big deal so I bring it in to get checked out,since its under warranty.They make me wait 3 hours to tell me that they could not find anything wrong,so they reset the check engine light and send me on my way.Check engine light comes back on the next day,so I drive to their service department again,this time i wait for 4 hours,service advisor tells me that mechanic found the sensor to be loose,and that he fixed the problem,and told me if the light comes back on I will have to leave my car there for a full day(guess they knew already ,that the light will be on because there is a problem).Guess what? Light comes back on the very next day, so I am calling the dealership to schedule an appointment this time so I dont have to wait there all day and get a loaner.First call to them the service advisor girl tells me hold on a second and hangs up(i heard the phone being put down)Call number 2 she again tells me to hold on and puts me on 15 minutes hold,so I call again and yet again she says hold on and transfers me to the voicemail that its full.Call number 4 just rings and rings no answer.Horrible service,with purposely lying advisors.Management does not look like they care,and let the advisors treat customers like this.They lost me as the customer,and I warn you , if you want a better service go somewhere else,this is not a place for customer satisfaction. More

The worst experience leasing a car I have leased all types of cars through all my life and leasing a car through Tropical Chevrolet its the worst. Most of the dealers make the leasing e I have leased all types of cars through all my life and leasing a car through Tropical Chevrolet its the worst. Most of the dealers make the leasing experience go smoothly but with Tropical Chevrolet its a night mare. There is nobody to speak to before returning the vehicle. I have spend hours trying to schedule a pre return visit, To avoid any surprises and be able to take of any little repairs and its impossible. Never again i'll be leasing, nor buying a car through this dealership. More

Experience while Lisa was on her lunch break the young lady that receives the car at the beginning and Miss Roxie at the cashier it's a pleasure meeting all of them yesterday made my day high quality employees thank you.Mr Colon, A. bien mala y no se lo recomiendo a nadie no le recomiendo este dealer a nadie porque son unos estafadores, no compren un carros ahí porque si le sale algún problema se lo tratan de resolver a no le recomiendo este dealer a nadie porque son unos estafadores, no compren un carros ahí porque si le sale algún problema se lo tratan de resolver a su manera ,yo hace 6 meses q compre un chevy malibu 2016 y el carro se le fundio el motor un carro nuevo, lo lleve mas de dos veces y la ultima ves se paso 20 días y la solución q buscaron ellos fue repara el motor y le cambiaron los pitone y otras cosas ya mi carro no es nuevo es un carro remendado y yo tengo q pagarlo como si fuera nuevo y ellos no trataron de ayudar de otra manera porque a ellos no les importa después q cojen su dinero y bien caro q me salio, no confíen en nadie se quieren ser los mas amables y luego te dicen q vallas a la computadora para q les des buen comentario como lo hicieron con migo y te ofrecen hasta q te van a dar una tarjeta de 100 dólares More

Service I went in for service due to my exhaust gone bad. The agents I dealt with were Roxy, Maria, Ruben and Paul. The service was exceptional. My vehicle wa I went in for service due to my exhaust gone bad. The agents I dealt with were Roxy, Maria, Ruben and Paul. The service was exceptional. My vehicle was under warranty so I had zero out of pocket expense. Since the expected wait time was a couple hours, they even offerd a loaner to go about my business and run my errands.
