Most dishonest dealership in South Florida Please try not to go to this dealership, there are many more around. The manger Pedro and Miguel are horrible. Pedro looked into my face, agreed on a price and them pumped it up before paperwork was printed and left the dealership (never said goodbye) before I can ask any questions. When I came back the next day to approach him, he said he couldn’t do the deal we agreed to but still could offer to cut me a check of $300 once deal was funded. After agreeing, he went into the system along with Marilay, another manager, and should me that they put in the request and the check would be mailed to me after funding. Well, I waited and as a cry for help, I filled out the customer survey sent to me by the dealership, not the best survey OBVIOUSLY, just to realize I had made a big mistake because when I called Pedro about the $300 he said “well, you gave us a bad survey, therefore I’m not giving you anything”. I called the GM Miguel is disbelief and he responded “You heard Pedro, keep waiting for the check because you’re not getting it and hung up”. My tag is about to expire and I haven’t received the registration either. Please, don’t do it, don’t come here. More
