Hola mi nombre es lester motes y el 05/27/2020 estuve en el dealer para comprar un auto y aunque fui tratado por Juaquin con mucha profesionalidad y buen servicio no salí complacido pues me prometieron hace el dealer para comprar un auto y aunque fui tratado por Juaquin con mucha profesionalidad y buen servicio no salí complacido pues me prometieron hacerle unos cambios a mi carro para que me lo llevara pero no lo dieron por escrito por lo que cuando fui a reclamar al otro día ya habían cambiado de idea. Acto seguido fui a ver al manager de ventas y me dió la misma razón para no poder cumplir con lo que me habían prometido. Es una lástima que esto suceda pero antes de comprar nada en ese lugar revisen todo y que lo den por escrito para que no los estafen. Gracias More

Dishonest, manipulative and non-professional. Found a car online which had an attractive price and I was interested in buying it. Upon talking to the receptionist I was invited to check the car. Found a car online which had an attractive price and I was interested in buying it. Upon talking to the receptionist I was invited to check the car. So, I made the appointment and then confirmed my appointment some couple hours ahead of my visit. When I arrived to the dealership, I was told the car wasn’t there. Instead, they tried to sell me the car(s) that I had no interest in. Then the dealer tried to convince me that the price advertised on the car that I came to check didn’t include quite a few fees including dealer’s fees, electronic fees....That is against the law in Florida which requires all fees to be included in the advertised price. The following day I complained to director of the of the online sale. He said he was to call me back in five minutes. Never did. Eventually, I got him three hours later. He said the car was no longer on sale. Yet, the car still shows in dealership’s inventory list. Nevertheless, he offered me to identify the other car that I may be interested in buying; and I did. He said he was going to call me in 10 min. Eventually, he called me one hour later and said car was still serviced and asked me call him in about week! Just a few years ago, following a recall by the manufacturer (Chevrolet) and per instructions by the manufacturer I submitted the documentation in order to get reimbursed for the the cost of the repair which I paid. I submitted documentation at the same dealership, Tropical Chevrolet, and never heard from them. As per the manufacturer, they never received documentation from the dealership. All my attempts to get things done were futile. No response from the dealership and, accordingly, I never got reimbursed for the cost of repairing recalled part. More
