BUYERS BEWARE !! After communicating with Anna the “ Sales” woman and verbally asking her if the listed price was correct at 28500 I drove two hours down to Miami to buy a truck , somewhere in the finan Sales” woman and verbally asking her if the listed price was correct at 28500 I drove two hours down to Miami to buy a truck , somewhere in the finance meeting with eddy he decided he wasn’t going to make enough money on the deal so he changed the sales price to 31959 without me knowing , come to find out this is a classic bait and switch and now that I found out and tried calling many time to resolve this Anna and eddy both are deflecting telling me it’s not their fault . I have been scammed 3,000 dollars and nobody at the dealership seems to care , next stop will be florid office or financial regulations , bbb and every other review platform out there to make sure nobody that know ever buys a vehicle from this place . Being a Chevy dealer they should carry themselves with honor and dignity but tropical Chevy is just another shady car dealer in Miami . Buyers beware ! More
