I advise to to buy a car in this Dealer ,i had a bad expirience last week buying a car $14,000 more than autonation Dealer for the same car , i when to the Dealer 3 days after buying the car and the per expirience last week buying a car $14,000 more than autonation Dealer for the same car , i when to the Dealer 3 days after buying the car and the personal in charge of the negociation did not wanted to help me , besides that they in order ro sell me a Car Missguided me to Repo my previous car now affecting my credit ,the Car was bought late in the afternoon and i couldn’t see any problem the same day my friend notice a broken rear light and a hole on the side back rear of the car if been 2 weeks now they havent’t fix this yet. PURE SCAM PURE SCAM please avoid to go to this DEALER TROPICAL CHEVEROLET!!!?????!!!! More

Took my Corvette to have tires replaced and Alignment. They marked the rims and I did not see when I picked up because there was grease all over the rims to cover the marks. Visite este dealer el dia martes 16 de abril ya que mi carro estaba en servicio, ellos me ofrecieron una oferta por mi carro y a pesar que no estaba buscando cambiar mi carro, ellos siguieron insistiendo carro estaba en servicio, ellos me ofrecieron una oferta por mi carro y a pesar que no estaba buscando cambiar mi carro, ellos siguieron insistiendo y al final encontre uno bastante bueno y estuve de acuerdo en correr mi credito para hacer el negocio y les explique que como no fui preparado para comprar un carro solo podia dar un maximo de 2000 de entrada, ellos dijeron que no me preocupara que eso estaba excelente, Fui atendido por la financista Dayana ella fue excelente durante todo el proceso y justo cuando ya el negocio estaba listo para firmar, el Manager Diego no acepto el negocio ya que el dice que 2000 dolares es una perdida para el y que yo tenia que dar 4mil dolares mas, para un total de 6mil, que el no iba a perder dinero, fue cuando Dayana volvio a la oficina y me explico todo eso, enseguida ella archivo la oferta y los documentos que estaba por firmar y me dice que lo siente pero que el manager Diego no esta de acuerdo que mejor me vaya y lo intente despues, esto lo dice despues que me tienen 4 horas en el dealer y justo a punto de firmar los documentos, me parece poco profesional de parte del Manager Diego ya que no es etico decir que el negocio se cancela porque el necesita mas dinero para el dealer. Por esta razon me fui y espero no tener que regresar jamas a este sitio. More
