Worst buying experience ever, After 2 hr of negotiation of price for a GMC Terrain we finally agreed on a Price. The ran my credit ( Over 800) was processing paper work all was approved then they came back of price for a GMC Terrain we finally agreed on a Price. Went home and made a 2nd offer on the car the next day, now the Price had gone up another 4 Thousand $$.... Well that was it .. gave up on the vehicle , this morning looking online found they had just listed the same car for a price below my offers... Its all a scam to get you to their offices to start the same game over and over again... This is the reason why Car sales companies have a bad reputation... Buyer beware of the scam..!! More

It certainly can easily be classify as one of the worst buying experience in my life. Their lack of customer service is an understatement and the rudeness/ aggressive behavior of their staff make you feel buying experience in my life. False advertisement and fraudulent pricing it’s just their “business as usual”. Don’t you ever spend anytime even contemplating the idea of buying a vehicle here.Their misleading official advertisement has lead me to visit their location multiple times, even with confirmation of pricing ( attached a photo ) at the time of settling the transaction, they have shamelessly bump up the price by several thousands vs their listing pricing claiming they can do so due to their “fine print”. AVOID AT ALL CAUSE - NOT WORTH YOUR TIME More

I was defrauded by exploiting my good faith and then they added $5000 onto my contract. Rushed into a contract signing to "get the vehicle released before business closed for the day.
