Very bad service. Will not return your call. The price of the truck kept getting higher after each phone call. Would Lie at 1st of a call and said that I was speaking Will not return your call. Names to stay away from if you must call or go to this dealership, Victor, Omar, David and some others. The truck had been on the lot for 60 days when I first called about it. Then something happen to the truck and they were keeping it a very big secrete. I later found out that Miami had flooded streets with cars floating down the highway, I think something happen to this Tundra truck in the flood and their trying to cover it up. I went with my friend to get a car. First off, the overall price with taxes was way off since they have some kind of dealership fee that they couldn’t explain. After test driving and purchasing the vehicle my friend drove it off the lot and 10 minutes later the transmission slipped and the car wouldn’t shift gears. He called dealership right away and was told to bring it in the morning. So we had to stay overnight since we’re not from around there, pay for towing to dealership. Once brought there they tried to sell him a more expensive vehicle with higher mileage knowing my friend couldn’t afford anything more than what he purchased. They didn’t offer to try to help in any way and let us drive it off the lot. Luckily we were able to drive it for 3 hours thankfully before it broke down again closer to our house. Had to have a friend help us tow it since we couldn’t afford towing again. For the warranty, we purchased it but didn’t take effect until 500 miles so couldn’t even use that. The whole thing here is, I understand things can happen with any vehicle at any time. But it breaking down where it’s un drivable 10 minutes into driving it off the lot, and them only trying to sell us a more expensive car, was not handled in a professional manner. We would have been happy if they could have repaired the car. Now my friend is stuck with a car payment for a car that’s broken down in front of the house. Left a message to talk to manager but no return phone call yet. More
