The service was extremely unfriendly. Drove up and no one greeted me. I had to find someone to help me for my appointment. Finally when someone helped me he was unfriendly too. Then as we checked out the Apple Pay didn’t work, he stated it hadn’t worked for over a year. Is that acceptable? This was not the caliber of service I expected from Nissan. I had a Nissan in the past and just returned, will have to rethink where i go for service because it won’t be trophy Nissan. More

They tried to text me the Bill 5 times to pay via Credit Card but it never came in. It took 40 minutes for the Cashier to send me the email to finally be able to pay.the bill.
