Service manager was very unprofessional during my visit. She was loud and talking to the service men as if they were children. She should be in a classroom if she wants to talk to children. Perhaps she needs to attend a training to learn what it takes to be a service manager that your customers can say great things about. This was really bad. Many customers were in the waiting area and seen and heard it. I mentioned it to my service guy and he just shook his head and said that’s how she is. WOW! And you want to be #1 in the nation? Not with this king of employees. I will find another place to take my Nissan. I been coming to your location over 20 years. Really sad. More
