The advisor Antez was a good advisor the problem I had when picking up my vehicle and getting ready to pay my bill one of the lady named was Alicia Rivera was rude and butted in while the other lady Chris when picking up my vehicle and getting ready to pay my bill one of the lady named was Alicia Rivera was rude and butted in while the other lady Christy was trying to explain to me the form of method that she was going to have to take was no card and that’s when Alicia butted in saying she meant old school way like back in the 80’s my thing is I wasn’t finished saying what I had to say before cutting me off very rude also I had to bring my car back because it started doing the same thing that I first brought it in for so now I’m very upset because now they are saying like it’s something else wrong with it and I will have to pay if that’s the case I haven’t had any problems with my car until they change the transmission fluid and whatever else they do when changing the transmission fluid they change the oil and also put a cabin filter on it so I don’t believe that the mechanic done a terrible job on my car and I’m very disappointed with Trophy Nissan service department please help me out I also spoke with Nissan Affairs case#53746990.
