My service advisor, Michael was punctual and helpful. He answered any questions I had and even provided me a free car wash voucher upon completion of service. When I got home I noticed a rattle coming from under my truck and found that the skid plate was not fully secured. I had to tighten the mounting hardware. I found no other issues, but quality checks should always be completed before returning a vehicle to the customer. I’m just glad it didn’t fall off on the way home. More
