I witness a Manager last name Quintanilla screaming at two elderly couple to take their money and get out of there and go take it somewhere else he didn’t want them there, the couple bought a certified ve two elderly couple to take their money and get out of there and go take it somewhere else he didn’t want them there, the couple bought a certified vehicle and put down $12k down in which the vehicle was not in good condition for being a certified one, They try to fix it one time and did not resolve the issue, when brought the second time they keep it for a few days and still haven’t resolved the issue. But even though the individual came out screaming, the couple did not react and just keep saying I don’t want any trouble I just need my money back since yall can fix the vehicle, which was the only vehicle they had, never scream back or anything. Not sure about what transpired before, but what I saw it was unacceptable being the leader of this establishment. I thought to my self I came with an issue to resolve of a vehicle that they sold me with extremely high interest rate in which they lied about the rate, and I didn’t check ( my fault ) before signing therefore leaving me an old car, high mileage with an extremely high interest rate. So I thought wow if I have any issues he would not only scream at me he would also kick me out by force, if this ppl gave that much down I can’t imagine how they would treat me. They probably don’t care I leave and lose my business but if the owner lets his employees do this don’t think I should buy anymore here, duped twice that’s a definitely sign not to make it a mistake #3 More
