I just bought my Outback Wilderness on Wednesday, May 4th. My entire experience was fantastic! I worked with Jim to find the car I wanted, and he made everything happen for me. They actually tried to force me into buying a new car by giving me an obscene price on my car repairs. Upon denying the work, and the new car pressure, I learn that I still have to pay for a diagnostic tha giving me an obscene price on my car repairs. Upon denying the work, and the new car pressure, I learn that I still have to pay for a diagnostic that never happened. Car's still broke, and now I have to tow it to a new shop. It's been in this shop being ignored for 5 weeks. As for communication, I called 6 times, got through twice. They called me once, and that was because they thought I had a new car payment up my sleeve. Total scam tactics, and the fear tactics of trying to point out any little thing with the car to persuade me to trade it in so they get even more money. More
