They went above and beyond to make sure my problem was fixed. I live more than 1.5 hrs away from the dealership and they made sure I was taken care of and the work completed in a timely fashon. They could have charged me more than they did , but they were more concerned about fixing my problem and making sure I was happy I feel I treated very well and if I had a question they went out of there way to help me understand about the problem with the vehicle and the best way to get it corrected without breaking the bank. I was attemting to purchase a new vehicle and I was trading in my 2007 outback which had 22,000 miles on it. I had a price of the trade from Kelly Blue book and the price that I recieved was $2,000 low trading in my 2007 outback which had 22,000 miles on it. As a result of my visit at this dealership I purchesed a new 2012 Legecy and traded in my 2009 legacy at another dealership and was very happy. As a former manager of a Subaru dealership and a son who has been employed as a Suberu service manager for 22 years I feel that I have a pretty good idea what a car is worth as a trade in. More

I have purchased two Bajas from Troncalli and all service has been done by Troncalli. I have had nothing but excellent service from them and will continue to use them. Conrad is always prompt in settng up my appointments. If I wait for my vehicle, he makes sure I'm comfortable and keeps me updated on what's going on with my service. And he offers a free wash if I have time. Bill takes excellent care of my car. He has done almost all of the service work and I have never had to bring it back for any reason. He takes time to explain repairs and I really appreciate that. Mark is on top of the parts department. Only once or twice have I had to wait for a part and it was usually for a special order - not service related. All in all, these guys are the best! More
