We bought a 2013 Subaru Outback this week from Subaru Bob at Troncalli in Cumming and the experience was great!  Bob really earned this sale as we had been looking for over a year for a vehicle to replace a at Troncalli in Cumming and the experience was great!  Bob really earned this sale as we had been looking for over a year for a vehicle to replace a 2002 VW wagon. When we first looked at the Subaru Outback last year, we told Bob we were just out looking and he was patient. He explained everything about the car and even gave us the ride up the hill behind the dealership after our test drive.  It was impressive to say the least. While we continued to look at alternative vehicles, we kept coming back to Bob and the Subaru Outback.  Bob was really terrific, always patient, going over every detail about the car and answering our questions. Once we decided Subaru Outback was the car, Bob turned us loose again for another test drive. And this time, we were hooked! As we finalized the deal, he took us around to meet the Sales, Service, Parts and Business managers.  We were treated with respect and not rushed. With about 350 miles on our Subaru, we are looking forward to our first road trip. We were very happy with our sales experience.
