I'm incredibly picky... my expectations are high... and, candidly, I'm not easy to please. In short, I was overwhelmed by how positive my experience was in EVERY respect, from beginning to end. Michael Barlow (Manager) and Eric Kosa (Sales associate) are simply outstanding. They listened intensely... communicated perfectly... and were consistently focused on delivering my total satisfaction. There were zero hoops and loops... zero surprises... zero disappointments. My car (3.6R Limited in Carbide Gray Metallic) was not immediately available, but they swiftly got it into my hands, even though I changed colors (from Black) after the original order was placed. Pricing was excellent, without having to go through the wrestling matches I've always experienced with other dealerships. These are two of the most likable guys on the planet (Michael and Eric)... but, more importantly, they deliver outstanding service and are on top of every detail. This was, by far, my most positive car buying experience (out of 12+ purchases) in my life. This was my first purchase with this dealership, and I am absolutely now a loyal customer!
