The Very Best Experience! I have not used a dealership for general service on my cars for more than 20 years. But I was so pleased with my purchase experience at Troncalli, that I decided to give it a try. Having done so, I cannot imagine having anyone else provide the service I need for my Outback. I usually come out on Saturdays...and Tim has been just exceptional! I trust him to give me sound and professional advice...and to treat me fairly with pricing. He is just the best! Kevin Slatton was my original Dealer and was fantastic and as Honest as can be. Even though the drive is over 45 minutes from my home the Service center with Tim and the rest of the employees is the best of any Dealer Service Center I've ever experienced and that is why I keep going there instead of a closer one.
