Great New Car Buying Experience ~ Purchased a 2017 Forester before Christmas. I believe Charlie was in some training and Stephanie showed us the vehicles and did the test drive with us. Her patience and wealth of information when it came to helping us figure out which Subaru model would work best was great ! I really came in thinking the Outback would fit my needs the best, but glad I settled on the Forester. Stephanie spent a number of hours with us and after I drove four vehicles, I believe I made the best choice for me and we purchased a 2017 Forester. Charlie did the vehicle check out and went over it with me, w/patience and a lot of knowledge. Jeff and I have purchased many vehicles over the years; Stephanie and Charlie made it an extremely pleasant experience (which is a rare statement that I could make in our car shopping/buying experiences in the past). Excellent Car Buying Experience! Hello, Bob Cichocki was great to work with. I just purchased a new Subaru Forester and Bob was tremendously helpful. Like many customers today, I had Hello, Bob Cichocki was great to work with. I just purchased a new Subaru Forester and Bob was tremendously helpful. Like many customers today, I had done a lot of online research before making my purchase - Consumer Reports, car magazine articles, etc. I had narrowed down my choice to a Forester by the time I visited Troncalli, but I had some questions about some of the options that were available. In particular, I was interested in learning more about some of the newer safety features. Bob was very patient and spent a lot of time showing me how the new safety features work. We also test drove 3 or 4 vehicles so he could demonstrate the features. Bob helped me find the vehicle that was perfect for us. Casey Cash in the business office helped me with the financing and registration docs and he was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the Troncalli dealership has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this was an excellent buying experience for me and we love our new Subaru! More

All the typical "tricks", and sleazy crap you expect from car dealers was not something I had to deal with when I went to Troncalli and dealt with "Subaru Bob" Cichoki. He didn't feed me lines or try the old draw-four-squares on the paper and try to change the subject when I mentioned final price. None of the old tricks, none of the BS, none of the gimmicks. Not only was Bob friendly and helpful but he was knowledgeable about the car and was able to express that knowledge in a way that was not pushy or arrogant. He gave me a lot of useful information pertinent to what I was looking for and made me feel like he was interested in helping me find the car I wanted, and not pushing a car HE wanted to sell. Troncalli Subaru is over an hour away from me and I would go back to buy another Subaru if I was in the market for another one. Bob found the perfect balance of being a good salesman, but not pushy, not annoying, and most of all not a stereotypical car salesman. He seems to genuinely good at his job and I would have no reservations recommending him or Troncalli Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

They had too many people involved in the sale and no one seemed to know what the other was doing (or maybe they did). It felt like I was working with the three stooges except there were four of them. They had the car I wanted and at the price I wanted, but finally, after two weeks (it felt like two months), I gave up on them and just walked out never to return. After about a month I decided to try expanding my car search outside my local area. I did an internet car search on CarGurus.com and quickly found the exact car I was looking for at Troncalli Subaru in Georgia. It was located about 175 miles from me but I sent a request to be contacted. Within about fifteen minutes I received a phone call from Stephanie Culver at Troncalli Subaru. From that point, my car buying experience was forever changed. Ms. Culver was a delight. I found her professional, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and just an overall pleasure to work with. Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was professional, very knowledgeable, and yet she was warm and friendly.
