HORRIBLE SERVICE and CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I wish there was negative stars to choose from. I bought my $30000 car from this dealership and they sure did not have a problem having five salesman I wish there was negative stars to choose from. I bought my $30000 car from this dealership and they sure did not have a problem having five salesman chasing me. Very recently had a problem, could not get it looked at for a week, could not get a loaner, the estimate for the fix was around $1400, another dealer $700. Parts used were 1/3 of the price on the internet. Did not even get treated respectfully. Service Manager (John) is EXTREMELY arrogant and unfriendly, same as the adviser. When we questioned the extra charge, the service manager made my husband and I feel very small. His tone was condescending and treated us like we are a bunch of beggars. After making us feel like crap he brings the price down by $60, i told him i didn't want it. WILL NEVER EVER buy a car from this dealership or go there for a service. I would rate them -10. More

I needed my water pump replaced on my 12' Chrysler 200s. The dealership 10 miles away did not take the effort to check my Vin to see if my vehicle was under warranty. Troncalli took on my 12' Chrysler 200s. The dealership 10 miles away did not take the effort to check my Vin to see if my vehicle was under warranty. Troncalli took care of me as if I have been going there for years. The service department was awesome, Neal took the time to make sure I got the service I deserved. I recommend troncalli for sales and service. More

Dissatisfied Customer These guys give me a different number every time I ask about getting the same thing done on a Jeep.One day it is $350 to $485 to $360.I feel like I am These guys give me a different number every time I ask about getting the same thing done on a Jeep.One day it is $350 to $485 to $360.I feel like I am being price gauged.There is no way that a price can change $120 in a day.I started going here after having bad customer service at other places but am regretting the thought of that now.These guys are friendly but should stick to a price and not change it constantly to their customers. Troncalli serves there customers right! I recently took my car into a repair shop only to fin that they couldn't fix it.After looking around on the internet I found Troncalli. I took my car to them and they told me exactly what was wrong as well doing extras that will bring me back again in the future. These guys have a great attitude and aren't in it for the business for money but to make sure that there customers are satisfied and come first. More

Service Department Do not go to Troncalli, the Service Department is filled with lies and dishonesty. After making an appointment several days in advance, i dropped my J Do not go to Troncalli, the Service Department is filled with lies and dishonesty. After making an appointment several days in advance, i dropped my Jeep off for a check engine light and they did not call me, and said after 8 hours they could not get to it. They stated they needed to order a part, but did not know what was wrong with the jeep. Waste of 8 hours and they babbled on and on with no answer. Very disappointing to say the least. I took my jeep to another mechanic who had the issue fixed in 2 hours and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Lesson learned. Never would I recommend Troncalli to my friends and family, and my next Jeep purchase will not be with them. More
