The car we test drove was beautiful but I didn't like Dave's attitude. He didn't seem to care whether or not he made a sale- and by that I don't mean he was laid back and let us think things over- he see Dave's attitude. He didn't seem to care whether or not he made a sale- and by that I don't mean he was laid back and let us think things over- he seemed annoyed by my questions, he wasn't willing to work with us on anything, he was being pulled in 5 different directions, he let us walk out the door when we couldn't come to an agreement (over something that probably would have only cost the dealership about $200). We had a scheduled test drive so he (or another salesman) should have had a block of time set aside for us. If his attitude wasn't so blah throughout the rest of the experience I wouldn't have even minded that he was so busy but the experience as a whole was terrible. I would never go back there. Oh, and he told me that he wasn't going to negotiate the price until I was sure I was seriously interested in the car. Call me crazy but price is an important factor when buying a car. I just looked at the dealership's website and I see that Dave is a finance manager, so now I'm even more confused as to why he was the one helping us. More
