Having bought cars since I was 16 and now am 63, I have never experienced actual pleasure in purchasing a car as I did with Englewood Cadillac and Jerome Barnes. After driving 5 1/2 hours from Pennsylvani never experienced actual pleasure in purchasing a car as I did with Englewood Cadillac and Jerome Barnes. After driving 5 1/2 hours from Pennsylvania, upon walking in the door, I was in awe of how spotlessly clean this place was. The lounge was like stepping into someones living room: plush leather furniture, coffee maker, etc. Jerome (salesman) took me and my wife for a tour of the facility. Simply amazing. The managers from parts, maintenance, service, etc. were exceptionally friendly. Mechanics as well as other sales personnel were introduced along with the general manager and sales manager. At no time did I feel pressured. Jerome and I worked for close to 5 weeks on this particular deal. He kept in contact with me and exceptions were made on my behalf due to me having to complete jury duty which made it impossible for me to pick up the car. This dealership has something great going for it. Other dealers should follow suit. The staff, especially Jerome actually made me feel like part of the family. As previously stated, it was sincerely a pleasure to do business with these people as compared to the usual DRAG going to a car dealer where the norm is to squeeze every penny out of ya that they can.. Not at Englewood Cadillac! These people are professionals! After driving back home to Pennsylvania, I received a call from Jerome checking to see if we made it back ok. Jerome took pictures of my wife and me with our "new" Corvette. We couldn't be more happy. I would certainly recommend Englewood Cadillac to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. This was one of the best buying experiences for a car I can remember. In doing our homework prior to buying a car we decided we were going to take our time and if the right thing came up then we’d make th can remember. We didn’t know anything about the dealership but we went by because we remembered seeing the dealership in passing. There were several reasons we chose to buy at Englewood as in a last ditch effort by a manager from another dealership gave it one last shot the day before we were headed to Englewood to close the deal. His mistake was that he was in full “sell” mode and nothing could have been more off-putting. When we first visited Englewood Jamie Burton was courteous and informative. We never got the sense that he was trying to “sell” us. We knew his objective was to sell a car but he didn’t allow that to interfere with making sure the purchase was right for us. He answered our questions and even made sure that we were aware of other alternatives without putting too much on the table. We set up a return date a few days later and looked specifically for him upon our return and we ended up hammering out a deal on the car we eventually ended up purchasing. Along the way some other things happened that cemented what I’m hoping will be an on going relationship. On the day we finalized the deal Jamie was not in, but Jerome Barnes ably stepped in and made sure that all questions were answered and he took the time to walk us through the ins and outs of our new car. The most impressive part of this is that he took a couple of hours with my wife and I and we weren’t his customers. His may have missed out on potential customers but he (and Englewood Cadillac) thought it was more important to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable with our purchase. Also, Dalton Watts was an integral part of making the deal happen. He did his homework based on what we were looking for. He tried to locate what we wanted and he explored different alternatives in terms of financing. He really gave us the confidence that a deal would get done. Finally, Chris Mauer topped off our experience by not only helping to answer my questions about the centercaps, but we needed to know how we could get a third headphone set because we have three daughters. He made sure that before we left that day we were satisfied. All in all it was great experience and our wishes are two-fold: 1) that everyone will have such a positive experience and 2) that this young dealership will be around for quite some time. More

I found this dealer online while looking for a used Tahoe and I must say they are like no other dealer I have every dealt with. They where overly friendly and put no pressure on me what so ever. They priced this used vehicle to move which was a solid 7 to 8 grand less then I had found online making haggling over the price pointless. Everyone in the place from the salesmen to the manager and banker treated me like family. They took to time to walk me through the warranty I purchased and took plenty of pictures of me with my new truck so I could send them to friends and family. I have yet to need any service done to my truck but with the professionalism of this dealer I know that I will be getting everything done by them. More

I had been to three other Cadillac dealerships before I went to Englewood Cadillac. When I went to Englewood Cadillac I expected it would be another routine visit just confirming what I already knew from the other dealerships that I had visited. I even went by myself not dragging again, my wife, whom we were purchasing the car for as I had low expectations. When I arrived at Englewood Cadillac I was greeted by Gino Blanco and he was very personable and pleasant as were all whom I met there. Gino gave me a tour of the entire place and I was really impressed especially by the service area. It was so organized and spotless, one could eat off the floor there it was so clean. When I finally got down to business with Gino, I knew that he wanted to sell me a car, unlike the other dealerships I visited. Gino worked with me and we reached an agreement which I truly wasn't expecting. I couldn't pass it up. I must say that my wife and I are very happy and satisfied customers with Englewood Cadillac. The treatment we received there and with everyone we dealt with at Englewood Cadillac , especially Gino Blanco, was wonderful. I also have to thank Andrew, who eased us through a pile of paperwork and Mr Fanning, who also helped us with our purchase. Because of the staff and their friendly attitude, we felt very much at ease and we truly had a good buying experience. We would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. And we love our new XTS.
