We spoke many times with Jerome Barnes on the phone who answered all of our questions and helped us figure out all of the details involved in flying to New Jersey and buying the car on the next weekend. We did exactly that and the process was efficient and easy. Jerome had described the vehicle and the process perfectly so there were no surprises when we got there. Everyone was very helpful, kind, and professional. Jerome went over all of the features with us and helped us set up Cue, OnStar, and the satellite radio as well as sync our smart phones with some help from Walter (who is very knowledgeable as well as helpful) in the service department. It was great to have everything working perfectly and integrated with our phones. We flew into Newark on Saturday morning and were on our way home by mid-afternoon with our new vehicle all set-up thanks to Jerome and his team. We highly recommend Jerome Barnes and Englewood Cliffs ...even if you have to travel a distance! It will be worth it. More

Rick was pleasant from the start, he gave me a brief facility tour. Once the pleasantries were over, we got right down to business, Rick was straight with me from that point on. After a test drive, we sat down and got the deal done. No nonsense, no pressure. Ed Dandry and Rick did what they had to do put me in a 2014 ATS. No nonsense car buying, the way it should be. Very happy with the entire experience, especially the most important part, the vehicle. More
