Everyone, from the receptionist to the salespeople and even the customer service representatives, are friendly and genuinely concerned about your overall experience. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Vartanian as my salesperson. He never made me feel pressured into purchasing a car, and was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions to pick the best model to suite my needs. He also followed up with me a short while after I purchased to see how everything was going and if I had any questions. The process from walking through the door to signing the papers was seamless and quick, as it took almost 2 hours total. I never felt as though they were using any sales tactics - they were honest and open and wanted to ensure I felt secure with my decision. Steve Tancona, the sales manager, also made it a painless process, as he didn't finagle with me on pricing or extras. It was very clear cut, which I greatly appreciate. Further, when I met with Evelyn Batista in the finance department, she had all the papers ready to go and thoroughly explained everything.
