So many items, so little time!!! We brought the Nissan Frontier in for the annual inspection. While there, we had the team perform the oil change, tire rotation, check the air pressure sensor, inspect re Frontier in for the annual inspection. While there, we had the team perform the oil change, tire rotation, check the air pressure sensor, inspect rear window control and sevice the battery. Whew! The air pressure sensor and window control had to be replaced. J D kept us informed along the way, as we chose to wait for the vehicle. He recommended a new air filter, as well, to which we agreed. Matt did his part to ensure parts were on hand, since we called ahead of time. Chuck saw us waiting and made sure we had been given full attention and encouraged J D to wash the vehicle when all was finished. Before the sudoku puzzles were worked, it was time to go:)) We were out in about two hours....great teamwork! We can honestly say we "enjoy" these visits! The bottom line did not hit very hard, either. All service on this vehicle has been performed at Tri-State Nissan, winning over a Honda customer along the way.....Thanks, Matt! More

Participated in the tires for life program, never missed a service. When the time came to replace the tires Tri-State Nissan replaced the all four tires. However, Dropped the car off in snowy weather and th a service. When the time came to replace the tires Tri-State Nissan replaced the all four tires. However, Dropped the car off in snowy weather and the car was ready the following day. Upon picking up the car all four rims were scratched evenly around the rims in the same patter. These scratches were not there before the care was dropped off. End result, Tri-State Nissan refused to replace the rims but acknowledge they would sale a new set at their cost. If not their fault then why sale me a new set at cost. I like to clarify and give my gratitude toward several employees as they have made us feel at home. We have owned Nissan vehicles 8 years through this dealership and it was all due to key employees. The only employee, Rodney Wood, Service Manager, needs some refining. During my conversation with him he told me, and I quote "Car was so dirty when it came in I can no take responsibility". The car was dirty because it had been snowing all day when we dropped the car off. Thank you Rodney, we will no longer be purchasing a vehicle through Tri State Nissan. More
Went in for an oil change and ended up coming out with a new car. this is my 2nd Nissan. Just wanted to give a shout out to the service dept. at tri-state nissan. I had to take our new Rogue in because of a very annoying rattling noise it was making. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal, bu tri-state nissan. I had to take our new Rogue in because of a very annoying rattling noise it was making. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal, but I know how hard it can be to track these things down. And I just want to thank everyone involved in finding the source of this noise and resolving the issue. It took a couple trips in, but they found it and fixed it, and I'm grateful for thier resolve. Forgive me for not knowing all the people involved, but I do remember the service advisor Matt, and another named Kieth I believe, and the tech by the name of Seth? If I'm missing anyone or have the names wrong, I'm sorry. Just wanted to thank everyone for fast, friendly service. Truely a great dealership in all aspects. More
I brought my Titan in for service, and I needed tires. Rodney was wonderful to work with, and with his expertise and knowlege. He got me four new tires that I wanted, and because they were a bit more than the "freebies", I was willing to pay the extra. He went out of his way to accomodate my requests as well as my needs. I brought my car in for an oil change and also to get it checked out due to a noise that it was making.
