I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Was charged $15 more than the last time, reason prices went up. For the second service in a row they did not use my points even though I told them wh Was charged $15 more than the last time, reason prices went up. For the second service in a row they did not use my points even though I told them when I brought my car in that I had points. I was told they weren’t avaible at check out. Then when I showed her the app with my points she refused to redo it saying it was my fault for not telling them when I first arrived. More
