I went for my complimentary maintenance, and last time was told my oil change was recommended at another 5K miles (I was at 12K), when it’s synthetic oil and was told by the dealership I purchased it at t was told my oil change was recommended at another 5K miles (I was at 12K), when it’s synthetic oil and was told by the dealership I purchased it at that I can go up to 10K miles. They changed the sticker. Today I go in, and I explain to Kevin (the service representative) who was fantastic and the only reason for 2 stars. He agrees to do the sticker for at least 7K miles. The sticker gets printed wrong - no biggie. I ask another representative for a new sticker and he tells me that they recommend 5K miles (which defeats the purpose of paying for synthetic IF I had been paying for it to go just as often) and then tells me that no, they cannot reprint the stickers. I tell him that the one other man did last time, so I was blatantly lied to, and then Kevin reprinted the sticker for me. To me, asking customers to come just as often for twice the price when synthetic is meant for you to go longer because it burns cleaner reads of a scam to make more money off customers who do not know any better. More
